We currently only ship within Australia. We do not ship to international destinations.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. or a email with your tracking number.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery of orders, we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

Return & Exchange Policy
For product safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges (you wouldn't want us shipping you someone else's returned stuff).
Once your order has been shipped, we do not refund.
If your parcel is seized by customs, we do not refund - we resend 1 time when you send us a photo of the seizure letter.
If a refund is inevitable, store credit. No exceptions.

Damaged Items / Parcel
Anabolic Oz will see the situation when it arises. this hardley ever happens how ever we will refund any broken products in transite all we ask is you repay shipping of $20.
Seized Parcel or Seized Items
Parcel completely or partially seized by customs? Here's what to do:
· Case 1: You only receive a seizure letter.
Send us a photo of your customs seizure letter.
· Case 2: You receive the parcel, but some or all contents removed with seizure letter inside.
Send us photos of your customs seizure letter, inside and outside of the parcel, and any customs markings present.
**We will reach out to customs enforcement to validate the authenticity of the seizure letter. No personal information will be disseminated during this process. Assuming it's real (we've seen several fake/photoshopped attempts over the years), a resend will be shipped out to you within 7 working days.
Resend Policy Limitation:
Resends will only be granted for orders with proof of seizure.
